I have some important news regarding your lending.

After 16 years in the mortgage industry and 14 years running Right Choice Mortgages and Leasing, I am making the decision to retire due to ongoing health reasons. My focus now is on my family, especially my 6-year-old daughter, and I’m looking forward to dedicating this next chapter to being the best mum I can be.

This journey begins with Right Choice transitioning under the Aussiewide Financial Services banner moving forward. This is a decision made with much thought about the future – both mine and yours – so I’ve put together some key information below:

“Why are you retiring?“

“What does this mean for Right Choice?“

Right Choice will transition under the Aussiewide Financial Services banner. The same commitment to personalised service continues, just with additional resources and support behind it.

“Why did you choose Aussiewide?“

I personally chose Aussiewide because of their regional focus and community impact. Robert from my team will continue under the Aussiewide banner, operating from our existing Koo Wee Rup office. I have every confidence that the service you receive from them will match the standard you’ve experienced with Right Choice.

“Will you still trade under the Right Choice banner?“

In short, no. To reduce confusion, communications will gradually transition to the Aussiewide brand. Robert will continue operating from our existing Koo Wee Rup office.

“Do you recommend using Aussiewide moving forward?“

Absolutely. I will remain involved during the transition period. Everyone at Aussiewide understands the structures and strategies we’ve used to help maximise your finances. Other brokers may not, and if they don’t, they could make changes that are counterproductive to your long-term wealth and finance goals.

“How will these changes affect me moving forward?“

In the immediate future, nothing will change. If you have any questions about your finances, you can contact Robert or myself directly. You’ll have the added benefit of more support, expertise and resources working on your file.

“Are you still available if I need to get in touch?”

During the transition period, yes. You can reach me on my usual contact details if you need any clarification or support during this handover.

“How will you and Aussiewide communicate with me?“

We’ll communicate with you in the same way we always have – by email or phone. Aussiewide is also working on email newsletters to keep you updated with property market insights, government incentives and RBA announcements. You’ll have full control over your communication preferences.

“Does Aussiewide’s service and advice cost anything?“

Nothing will change here. Like our services, using Aussiewide typically costs you absolutely nothing. As has always been the case, banks may pay a commission that they otherwise would have allocated towards marketing and advertising. But you’ll be no worse off than had you gone to a particular lender directly. Unlike banks, we are not limited to the loan products of any single lender.

In special circumstances a fee may be charged, however you will always be advised before proceeding with any lender recommendation.

“Where are Aussiewide’s offices located?“

Robert will continue operating from our existing Right Choice office at 150 Station St,
