To Our Valued Clients,

We’re excited to announce that Flex Home Loans has merged with Aussiewide Financial Services as of July, 2024. We have put together a series of questions and answers detailing what this means for Flex clients and why I (Adrian) specifically chose to partner with Aussiewide.

If you have any further questions, comments or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out on the contact details below.

Why are you merging with another mortgage broker?

I’ve been privileged to guide many clients through significant financial milestones over the past decade. As we’ve expanded our client base, the diversity and complexity of their needs have also grown.

This presented a crossroads for Flex where I could expand my team and spend more time managing behind the scenes, or partner with a like-minded business so I could maintain my focus on the hands-on finance strategy work I love.

Merging with Aussiewide enables me to choose the latter, continuing my direct involvement with clients while leveraging Aussiewide’s structure and depth of expertise. This partnership ensures I can meet the evolving needs of our clients and maintain the high quality of service you have come to expect.

Why did you choose Aussiewide?

I’ve known Scott, the Director of Aussiewide, for years, and it has always been apparent that he values more than just the numbers; he genuinely cares about his clients. Aussiewide is a family-owned, independent business with a 25-year track record of excellence.

At the time of writing, they boast over 550 verified five-star reviews and have received numerous industry accolades, including the 2022 Best Independent Mortgage Broker Office and the 2023 Best Regional Mortgage Broker Office awards.

Selecting the right firm to partner with required careful consideration, and I am confident that Aussiewide will uphold the same level of care, concern, and professionalism that I have always strived to provide at Flex.

Will you still trade under the Flex banner?

In short, no. We are in the process of rebranding our office under the Aussiewide name.

You’ll still be able to reach me on my mobile, but emails will now come from [email protected]. To reduce confusion, any information that I share will be co-branded as โ€œFlex Home Loans, powered by Aussiewideโ€. And the Flex website will redirect you to Aussiewideโ€™s website.

In the longer term, all my correspondence will be under the Aussiewide brand. My goal here is to make this transition as clear and seamless as possible.

Do you recommend you use Aussiewide moving forward?

Of course. I am very much involved and active at Aussiewide. And you can still find us at 238 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh.

How will these changes affect me moving forward?

In the immediate future, nothing will change. If you have any questions about your finances, you can contact me directly.

As I mentioned previously, Iโ€™m not going anywhere. I’m just operating under a different (and very reputable) brand. But you will have the added benefit of more support, expertise and resources working on your file.

Are you still available if I need to get in touch?

Yes, of course – I’m not going anywhere. You can email me on [email protected] or reach me on (03) 5222 7453.

How will you and Aussiewide communicate with me?

We’ll communicate with you in the same way that I always have – by email or phone. Weโ€™re also working on a new email newsletter to keep you up to date with whatโ€™s happening in the property market. Itโ€™s our way of sharing market updates, news about government incentives for property buyers, RBA interest rate announcements and other useful resources. (Youโ€™ll have full control over your communication preferences.)

Does Aussiewideโ€™s service and advice cost anything?

Nothing will change here. Like Flex, using a Aussiewide typically costs you absolutely nothing.

As has always been the case, banks may pay us a commission that they otherwise would have allocated towards marketing and advertising. But you’ll be no worse off than had you gone to a particular lender directly on your own. Unlike banks, we are not limited to the loan products of any single lender.

In special circumstances a fee may be charged, however you will always been advised before proceeding with any lender recommendation.

Where are Aussiewideโ€™s offices located?

You can still find us at 238 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh.

Plus, Aussiewide have another office located at: 255 Moorabool Street, Geelong, VIC 3220

I’ll also be available on phone, email and video chat if you need me.

Are Aussiewide really as good as you say they are?

Yes. Nothing is more important to me right now than making sure you remain in safe hands. Over the past couple of years, Iโ€™ve gone through painstaking lengths to find the right partner. I know Scott and trust his team immensely.

Moreover, theyโ€™ve attracted more five-star client reviews than any other independent broker in the area by a huge margin. So, my opinion aside, their clients are over the moon with their service.

Will I be able to access the same variety of loans and lenders with Aussiewide?

Yes, nothing will change here. Aussiewide have access to +40 lenders and hundreds of loan products.

I think that about covers everything. If you have any further questions, comments or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out via the details below.
