We recorded this on Wednesday 4 March 2026, which puts it in an interesting moment for property. National dwelling values had just wrapped up 2025 with growth of around 8.6%, and the conversation about whether to sit tight or start building a portfolio was getting louder for a lot of homeowners.

So we pulled together two people who spend every working day in this space: Tom Mifsud from ALBA Property, who connects investors with vetted buyers advocates nationally, and Luke Assigal from Parley Property Advisory, who has helped over 600 clients into roughly $720 million worth of property using a data-driven approach to finding the right asset in the right location.
