Why is Reliable Mortgage Services merging with another Finance Broker?

I have been operating Reliable Mortgage Services for [NUMBER] years and working in the finance industry for over [NUMBER] years. I’ve had a blast growing the business and helping my clients do extraordinary things.

As the business has grown, so too have my clients’ needs. This merger will allow me to focus on the areas of the business where I can make the greatest impact for clients, while Aussiewide’s team of experts take care of everything else. Why did I choose Aussiewide?

My focus has always been on helping my clients achieve long-term financial success.

For the past year, I’ve been considering ways to continue this impact as the business grows. Over that time I’ve been keeping an ear to the ground to find a business owner who shares the same professional values and high standards to me.

Will I still trade as Reliable Mortgage Services?

For the immediate future, yes. I am staying with the business and will continue working under the Aussiewide banner.

To reduce confusion, my phone number will stay the same, and any information that I share will be co-branded as “Reliable Mortgage Services, powered by Aussiewide“. If you need to find us online, the Reliable Mortgage Services website will be redirected to Aussiewide’s website.

In the longer term, Reliable Mortgage Services will become Aussiewide. My goal here is to make this transition as clear and seamless as possible.

Do I recommend you use Aussiewide moving forward?

Of course! I will remain very much involved and active at Aussiewide. Everyone here understands the structures and strategies I’ve used to maximise your finances. Other brokers may not. And if they don’t, they could make changes that are counterproductive to your long term wealth and finance.

Does Aussiewide’s service and advice cost anything?

Using Aussiewide typically costs you absolutely nothing.

As with Reliable Mortgage Services, banks may pay your broker a commission that they otherwise would have allocated towards marketing and advertising.

You will usually get a much better deal this way, because unlike banks, Aussiewide are not limited to the loan products of any single lender.

In special circumstances a fee may be charged, however you will always be advised before proceeding with any lender recommendation.

Where are Aussiewide’s offices located?

Aussiewide’s head office is located at: 255 Moorabool Street, Geelong, VIC 3220

However, they service clients Australia wide – hence the name :o)

And of course, everything can be done via Zoom.

Is Aussiewide really as good as Reliable Mortgage Services?

Yes. Nothing is more important to me right now than making sure you remain in safe hands. I’ve gone through painstaking lengths to find the right partner. I know and trust Scott and his team immensely.
