Why are you merging with another mortgage broker?

I have worked in the mortgage broking space for more than 19 years. Over that time I have treasured the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of my clients. As I look towards a future that gradually transitions into retirement, I want to continue focusing on the areas of the business where I can make the greatest impact for clients. Merging with Aussiewide will allow me to shift gears towards a new stage in life whilst continuing to support your finance needs, now and in the long run.

Why did I choose Aussiewide?

When I started mortgage broking, it was all about helping people navigate their financial journeys with a personal touch. Nineteen years have flown by, and it’s been an incredible ride.

Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about how to ensure continuity of service and support as I start planning for a slower pace and eventually, retirement. So I wanted someone who “got” my approach.

I’ve known Scott (Director of Aussiewide) for years, and it’s always been clear to me that he’s not just about the numbers; he cares, genuinely. Aussiewide has operated in Geelong for 28 years and they know their stuff, but they also know that every client is more than just a file on a desk. Will I still trade under the Mortgage Express banner?

In short, no. I have relocated to Aussiewide’s office at 255 Moorabool Street, Geelong.

To reduce confusion, you’ll still receive correspondence from my old email address, my phone number will stay the same, and any information that I share will be co-branded as “Tracey Pye, powered by Aussiewide”. If you need to find me online, my old Mortgage Express page should redirect you to Aussiewide’s website.

In the longer term, all my correspondence will be under the Aussiewide brand. My goal here is to make this transition as clear and seamless as possible.

Do I recommend you use Aussiewide moving forward?

Of course. I will am very much involved and active at Aussiewide. Everyone here understands the structures and strategies I’ve used to maximise your finances.

Other brokers may not. And if they don’t, they could make changes that are counterproductive to your long term wealth and finance.

How will these changes affect you moving forward?

In the immediate future, nothing will change. If you have any questions about your finances, you can contact me directly.

As I mentioned previously, I’m not going anywhere. I’m just operating under a different (and very reputable) brand and have a different roof over my head. But you will have the added benefit of more support, expertise and resources working on your file.

How will you and Aussiewide communicate with me?

We’ll communicate with you in the same way that I always have – by email or phone. We’re also working on a new email newsletter to keep you up to date with what’s happening in the property market. It’s our way of sharing market updates, news about government incentives for property buyers, RBA interest rate announcements and other useful resources. (You’ll have full control over your communication preferences.)

Does Aussiewide’s service and advice cost anything?

Nothing will change here. Like my services, using a Aussiewide typically costs you absolutely nothing.

As has always been the case, banks may pay us a commission that they otherwise would have allocated towards marketing and advertising. But you’ll be no worse off than had you gone to a particular lender directly on your own. Unlike banks, we are not limited to the loan products of any single lender.

In special circumstances a fee may be charged, however you will always been advised before proceeding with any lender recommendation.

Are Aussiewide really as good as you say they are?

Yes. Nothing is more important to me right now than making sure you remain in safe hands. Over the past couple of years, I’ve gone through painstaking lengths to find the right partner. I know Scott and trust his team immensely.

Moreover, they’ve attracted more five-star client reviews than any other independent broker in their area by a huge margin. So, my opinion aside, their clients are over the moon with their service.

Will I be able to access the same variety of loans and lenders with Aussiewide?

Yes, nothing will change here. Aussiewide have access to 40+ lenders and hundreds of loan products.
